On behalf of K.T. Murphy Elementary School (KTM) we welcome you. It is always exciting to start a new school year, for our returning children and especially for our new students entering Kindergarten. Over the next couple of months you will receive additional information regarding PTO volunteer opportunities, PTO meeting dates, and we ask for your cooperation as parents with the very worthwhile goals that they have established for this school year. The PTO’s objective is to work “together” with the administration, parents and students to achieve the best possible educational environment for all our students.
Being involved in PTO is a great way to support our school, meet others, and most importantly, be part of your child’s education and success. KTM PTO has an open door policy and we encourage everyone to help make our school the best it can be for our children and our community. Remember, even small endeavors have a large impact. Every seemingly little bit of time and effort will go a long way toward making this a memorable, enriching, and educational year.
K.T. Murphy's parents are deeply committed to their children’s school. They understand that the PTO is about parent involvement, not only fundraising. Parents can connect with the school and their children while making a difference in their educational experience. Volunteers are needed to help manage many of our upcoming PTO events.
