The services of a Registered Nurse are available on a regularly scheduled basis. Parents are requested to inform the nurse of all relevant health and emergency information. 

On occasion, the nurse is not at K.T. Murphy. In her absence, you will be called for involvement in making decisions about your child's illness or need for first aid. Please be sure that "emergency" phone numbers are kept up to date. 

The school nurse does not keep a supply of extra clothes for mishaps. Please be sure all kindergarten students have their own change of clothes in case of an accident.
